Biographical information/Professional background

Isabelle Poupinel attends at first School of Fine Arts of Toulouse, then the one of the Decorative arts in Paris where she obtains graphic designer’s diploma. She studies then painting on enamel during an internship in the Factory of Sèvres, and turns to the creation on porcelain from 2005 with master of modeller ceramist.

Ceramist since 2008, the material Terra is for her a pretext to open new horizons,located between the art, the interior or outside design and the art to receive. Being described as a ” creator in useful art “, Isabelle masters a voluntarily imperfect technique not to restrain and give free rein to the intuitive poetry of her often heterogeneous creations.

All in delicacy, they are made by various Terra and added materials, inspired by her trips, by exhibitions or by feelings.

Wall realizations for a Spa Guerlain, Bright installations for luxurious hotels, the porcelain creator also presents her creations during craft art fair in Paris and in Europe.

The French Arts Factory presents the artworks of the artist on the occasion of the exhibition “Ooro ?! ” in December 2015.
